Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull so far has banked $126 million since opening on Thursday, according to box office estimates. The long-awaited sequel, reuniting the dream team of producer George Lucas, director Steven Spielberg, and star Harrison Ford, made about $25 million in its first day, then over a three-day period tallied an additional $101 million. That’s the biggest movie debut of 2008 so far. Also, after just four days, Crystal Skull is already at No. 3 for total 2008 box office, behind Iron Man (No. 1) and Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who! (No. 2).

Indiana Jones 4 had it’s world premiere, and it was welcomed with a three and a half minute standing ovation by the often critical Cannes Film Festival audience.

We are so used to The Hollywood Red Carpet event. But Look, Aishwarya made her presence again, for the fourth time. WE ARE IMPRESSED. She were all out this year, four designer gowns all made for her, she looks lovely on all 4 days.

And you know, you wanna see SHIA LE BOUF AS WELL.

With the release of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull just two weeks away, Harrison Ford and Shia LaBeouf are about to launch into serious promotional mode, including a stop at the Cannes Film Festival for the big premiere.

There’s been plenty of buzz about this film since the get go, but we’re thinking that having new star Shia on board might help get a new generation of Indy fans.
